OBJECTIVES:

• Explore the concept of immune dysregulation in patients with primary immunodeficiency diseases (PID).
• Understand how dysregulated immunity can increase susceptibility to autoimmune disease.
• Recognize clinical manifestations of autoimmunity in PID, and when to suspect PID in patients with autoimmunity.
