MISSION STATEMENT

To increase physician engagement at the Kelowna General Hospital by providing medical staff meaningful opportunities to participate collaboratively, to express their views, and to contribute to the development, prioritization and achievement of quality health programs and initiatives which have the ultimate goals of improving the quality of care for patients coupled with an improved working environment for the facility-based physician.
