  • TOPIC: THE SERIOUS ILLNESS CONVERSATION GUIDE: HOW RICHMOND IS STARTING EARLIER CONVERSATIONS FOR BETTER CARE
 OBJECTIVES:
  1. To gain an overview of the iPACE (Integrating a Palliative Approach by having Conversations Early) initiative at VCH
  2. To understand how the Serious Illness Conversation Guide (SICG) is being used in Vancouver and Richmond
  3. To consider how the Pearls developed through a qualitative study on Advance Care Planning with members of Richmond's Chinese community might enhance use of the SICG within this community
