• IH Emergency Network & Trauma Services, supported by UBC, is excited to continue offering the Trauma Outreach Videoconference Educational Sessions
• Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 0730-0830hrs PT Pain, MSK Trauma and Evidence-Based Pain Management Presented by: Neil Pearson PT, MSc Physical Therapist, Yoga Therapist, Clinical Assistant Professor UBC
• Attendees have 2 options:
  1. Online via Web Browser/Pexip (previously Webex) – see below
  2. In person at IH registered site locations – see below
• SURVEYS: Feedback can be provided post-session using this May Survey Link or Evaluation QR Code sheet attached (NEW) – sites please ensure to print and have on site.

• IMPORTANT: We ask that attendees are punctual when joining as we reserve the right to decline late attendees to avoid disruptions. When joining please mute your microphone to avoid background noise and only un-mute to ask questions at the end of the presentation. Please note that the chat box is not monitored so questions should be asked verbally.
• PRIOR TO SESSION: Please read this User Guide to set up your audio/video settings prior to your first session and ensure to do a test connection using Chrome or Safari. • SITE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 3, 2019 at 5:00PM PT
• SITE Registration Process:
• Book a site room. If you have pre-booked the same site room for the entire September-June season you are welcome to pre-register for the entire season (2^nd Thursday Sept-June) by indicating this on your reply email and registration form.
• RECORDINGS: The Trauma Outreach Videoconference Educational Sessions are recorded and available approximately 1 week after the presentation on InsideNet here: Videoconference Sessions (you can sort by date).
• CERTIFICATES: Will be provided within 30 days post session to those who have requested.
