• TITLE: ‘Brain on Fire’ and ‘Crazy Days’, A case-based review of autoimmune encephalitis and its recovery
• PRESENTER: Dr. Alana Fleet, PGY2 Resident, UBC Division of Physical Medicine & Rehab
• Objectives: (At the end of the session, participants will be able to:)

1. Identify the clinical syndrome associated with autoimmune encephalidities and the presence of multiple subtypes
2. Describe common functional deficits and their typical course
3. Recognize the burgeoning role physiatrists can play in patient’s short and long-term recovery​
